APAC Head of Finance (Manufacturing) #AKT

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Finance and Controlling within the APAC
• Lead and mentor diverse teams by providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance employee engagement and promote professional growth.
• Formulate and execute regional finance strategies for the APAC region
• Oversee the regional capital structure and financial resources, including cash flow management, budgeting, strategic investments, cost optimization initiatives, and accurate forecasting
• Act as a business partner to the regional leadership team
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate both financial and operational risks effectively.

Requirements:

• Degree / Masters in Finance
• At least 15 years of expeirence in Finance
• APAC (Including China) and Manufacturing Sector experience is a must
