To lead and drive the Brand and Corporate Communications function in executing an integrated communication strategy (across various platforms) to increase brand proposition and public awareness for the company
To lead and drive the Special Initiatives function in development and execution of special projects to bridge gaps between current and the desired state in the organisation as well as increase productivity and efficiency for the company.
Strategise and drive Branding initiatives for all regions to increase top of mind recall and position for the company as the preferred choice amongst Malaysian property developers.
Act as Property Brand Champion by articulating the company's Brand vision and values, and liaise and coordinate with Group Corporate Center on overall comapny Brand direction and provide input and ensure adoption of brand values to realize the company brand vision. Also, to ensure consistency in messaging and image across the organization.
Drive and coordinate all Corporate Communication activities including effective communications plan for property division with goals, activities, and performance indicators to ensure that business objectives are met. Also responsible for the success of all communication channels in delivering the right message.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external communication partners such as media, bloggers, etc. to ensure an impactful, purposeful and consistent brand awareness of the company.
Strategise and develop digital communication channels to engage our target audience and deliver the desired message.
Orchestrate and collaborate closely with Marketing Department to organise events to amplify the Master Community Developer branding for all regions and projects leverage on.
Lead and guide the team in analysis, design, organisation and management of various Special Initiatives to support company’s goals and objectives.
Degree or Masters in Marketing, Public Relations /Communications or any related field
Minimum 12 years working experience in similar position
Experience in the property industry is an added advantage
