• Lead the Portfolio and Program Manager area, encompassing Portfolio Management, Program Management and Project Management.
• The PMO manager will forecast and track the availability of people and financial resources to do project work throughout the project life cycle.
• Drive transformation master plan and govern project framework to ensure that projects are managed professionally and efficiently.
• Oversee and track the progress and outcome of projects.
• Manage stakeholders’ expectations and facilitate discussions to help projects team clear the roadblocks.
• Played a consultant role in solutioning and process re-engineering.
• Managed organisation development and transformation projects to bring about operational excellence

• Degree in Engineering/ Business/ any relevant
• At least 6-8 years of relevant experiences in Project and portfolio management, business planning and business process reengineering
• Good to have PMP certification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
