Corporate Planning Manager #ANZ

Our client, a Regional Insurer, is looking for this position, which requires you to manage group strategy, monitor monthly financial planning as well as support Business Planning, especially in terms of the execution work required from M&A and other strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate group corporate strategy and activity plan, across Long-Term, Mid-Term and Annual Term
• Monitor and analyse group company's financial position
• Optimise group company’s capital position
• Support group companies by collaborating with HQ, financial advisors, consultants, law firm etc.
• Explore the opportunity to expand the business in Asia Pacific
• Report group companies’ business performance to HQ
