Responsibilities:
- Lead the customer service function in Singapore hub for APAC
- Drive for continuous improvement of the order to cash process to ensure optimal product availability at the point of sale and to improve costs and service level.
- Key interface between Customers & 3rd Party Logistics Provider & Company.
- Oversee the daily operation in the customer service team. Ensure receipt and processing of Customer Orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. Proactively work with external Customers, Commercial team, Planning team and 3rd Party Logistics. Track and report issues in timely manner.
- SAP intercompany process champion
- Drive for continuous improvement of system and processes
- Lead the team through changes.
- Cross functional coordination to improve efficiency
- Monthly reporting on team KPI and performance. Generate weekly / monthly reports to provide visibility on customer orders to relevant departments e.g. Finance, Sales.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Business Administration/ Engineering or any relevant
- At least 5 years experience in customer service, preferably in FMCG or consumer retail industry
- Leadership experience is required as this role needs to lead a team
- SAP experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
