Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting management’s initiatives.
Monitor implementation of strategic business plans.
Provides timely, accurate analysis of budgets and financial reports to the Board members.
Prepare cashflow forecasts for potential new projects
Oversee completion of timely annual audited financial statements.
Develop financial and tax strategies.
Manage the capital request and budgeting processes.
Assist Group Managing Director on feasibility of new business such as investment properties, etc.
Implement operational best practices and oversee the risk management.
Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
Arrange for land financing and other banking facilities.
Undertake specific assignments as instructed by the management from time to time.
Must possess a professional degree e.g. ACCA/ CPA/MICPA and registered Chartered Accountant with MIA; at least 8 to 15 years of applicable business experience of which 8 must be in a financial leadership role.
Candidate experience in property/construction/ audit industry.
High integrity and honesty.

Ability to navigate through complex financial situations to maximize results.
