Job expectations:

• Source candidates on behalf of our clients for highly specialised positions
• Perform full lifecycle talent acquisition comprising of sourcing, networking, qualifying, salary negotiation, interviewing and on-boarding
• Business development and developing long term partnership with clients
• Attract first-rate talent and ensure lasting and successful placements

What you need to best fit the role:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in any fields
• Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
• An open mind, and willingness to learn
• Goal-Oriented
• Ability to work independently as well as in teams
