Responsibilities:
Develop a mid- to long-term energy management strategy
Lead and propose energy conservation plans for company business units
Work with business units onsite to assess their current energy performance and prepare energy-efficient proposal complying to international certification such as Singapore Greenmark; engineering solutions include energy calculation and energy improvement plans
Energy consumption computation of various equipment
Propose best practices in energy-efficient design/management for adoption groupwide
Plan and conduct audits on compliance and for energy- / asset-efficiency improvement
Coordinate across all BUs to align BU targets and goals with Group targets and goals
Budgeting and reporting
Track, interpret and analyse emerging legislation & technological trends relating to new energy sources and draw up transition plan
Plan, develop and execute ongoing/new communications and education sessions
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or any relevant
At least 4-6 years experiences related to energy management
Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) and/or Certified Green Mark Manager (GMM)
Good knowledge about Energy Value Chain and Modeling energy systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
