Senior Indirect Procurement Lead (Manufacturing) #AKT

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for indirect spend categories
• Conduct market research to understand pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews and contract negotiations.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers, ensuring favorable pricing, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction strategies across indirect spend categories.
• Analyze spend data to identify areas for cost optimization and potential cost savings
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different departments to understand their procurement needs
• Communicate procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering / Business
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in indirect procurement
• Manufacturing MNC experience
