Senior Manager, Business Development (Plastics)

Responsibilities:

• Establish impactful Market Development capability based on demonstrated leadership, team/career development, and resource/project management skills.
• Ability to translate market opportunities/trends into concrete business growth and prospect development, new differentiated value added solutions and product portfolio optimizations in line with Petrochemicals business unit strategic ambition.
• Instill interdependent cross-functional (i.e. business, sales, Technical Marketing) and cross-regional mindset.
• Excellent oversight of the relevant market and corresponding application trends and needs in combination with strong and value chain understanding and relationships (e.g. customers, OEM’s, system suppliers)
• Nurture internal and external networks; Build and maintain solid relationships

Requirements

• Degree combined with established and relevant technical and Marketing & Sales experience
• Minimum 15 years of industry experience working in the Plastic Industry value chain
• Strong communicator and good presentation skills
