Senior Manager, Procurement & Contracts (Real Estate/ Developer) #AJY

• Responsible for the cost and contract management of the Development; ensuring that all contracts are tendered and awarded according to protocol; costs are within budget, minimize contract risk and commercial management facilitating pre/post tender and contract work including negotiating and finalization of contracts and final accounts. 
• To continuously work to improve project financial position whilst ensuring corporate governance including procedures, standards or policies are complied with.
• Manage procurement process, ensuring that all stages including pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation are performed effectively. Reliable with costing, procurement and tendering;
• Evaluate claims and recommend payment for consultants, suppliers, contractors and various authorities.
• Support pre- and post-tender activities including preparation of tender and documents, certification and negotiation of claims, and contract administration work;

• Degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Engineering/ Architecture/ any relevant. 
• At least 5-8 years of working experience in related industry and discipline
• Experience in procurement and contracts management are required. 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
