Site Operations Manager (Jurong Island) #AKT

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operations of the site
• Provide strong leadership to the operations team
• Drive all-aspect service excellence by means of elevating the organisational behaviour, culture and thinking in service design, planning, execution and follow-up on operational matters
• Lead and investigate incidents, near miss observations, and spearhead all corrective actions
• Lead new projects in safe operations and commissioning of new facilities
• Manage department resources on supporting operations or company on ad hoc projects and activities
• Plan and manage the department's resources and budget to meet the company's objectives
• Drive and ensure operational implementations are in compliance with relevant legislation and company’s standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in process plant
