We are seeking a Tech Specialist Recruiter to join the team in building our pipeline of tech talents and next generation of tech leaders. Together with the technology hiring manages, you will co-create a consistent and positive interview presence for candidates. In-line with our client’s needs to embark in digital transformation journeys and/or adoption of emerging technologies, we are looking for recruiter with good working knowledge of the Technology industry to provide right sourcing solutions to our client’s business needs.

Job description and responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates as well as by keeping abreast of technology industry developments.
• Conduct telemarketing to generate new business leads in the tech sector
• Exceed client expectations by building robust relationships and a detailed understanding of each client’s organisation and recruitment needs.
• Facilitate process of candidate selection, interviewing, job offer, background check, and candidate on-boarding details.
• Organise and attend meetings with prospective clients as well as developing existing relationships.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
