Victim Care Senior Manager #AJY

• Responsible for high-level support and care for victims of sexual harassment in their journey of recovery.
• Manage and ensure adequate and timely response to victims reaching out to Care Unit through calls, emails, walk-ins, referrals and other platforms
• Befriend and engage with victims during In-Care phase in order to establish empathic and professional rapport
• Conduct intake interview, client support and management of cases, including providing and arranging for the Unit’s services
• Scheduled for on-call duties on a rotation basis, including after-hours on-site activations
• Liaise with Management as well as with authorities, including the police, hospitals and lawyers, to facilitate the above
• Perform regular filing of reports and case notes with strict emphasis on data integrity
• Contribute professional expertise in outreach activities
  

• Degree/ Master in social work, counselling, psychology or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge in trauma management and related work experience
• Strong case management skills and be detail-oriented, conscientious, thorough and accurate
• Able to deal with complexity, and to use initiative and situational judgment to solve problems effectively
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
