Responsibilities:

• Develop tactical plans to drive sites individually towards an increasing level of operational excellence
• Development and implementation of strategies to enhance knowledge and capabilities
• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for employees as well as contractors/service providers
• Drive continuous improvement & HSE leadership values
• Develop and share site management expertise e.g. having an effective structure, having a good operating rhythm, ensuring performance is monitored, and improvements if any are implemented.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance competency in operations
• Continuous improvement to ensure a high level of operational discipline
• Ensure governance to ensure projects progress

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 15 years of experience in operations
• Strong leadership and regional experience
