Head of Airfreight KLIA

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the central Malaysia airfreight strategy, driving growth across key industries and strengthening regional connectivity.

• Own full P&L performance, delivering revenue growth, margin improvement, and strong cost management

• Oversee end-to-end airfreight operations, ensuring service excellence, reliability, and adherence to SOPs.

• Manage airline and vendor partnerships, including capacity planning, procurement, and performance of logistics providers.

• Partner with commercial teams on key accounts, RFQs, and customer engagement to drive business expansion.

• Build and lead a high-performing team with clear KPIs, strong accountability, and focus on talent development.

• Drive systems adoption, data accuracy, and continuous improvement through process optimization and transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Logistics

• More than 10 years of airfreight experience, with senior leadership exposure

• Proven P&L ownership in freight forwarding or logistics

• Strong airline procurement and capacity management expertise
